Wills, Executries & Trusts
It is important for everyone to make a will and take into account your own family, and personal and financial circumstances, and any possible tax implications. If a person dies intestate (ie. without making a will) then it is possible those you wish to benefit from your Estate might not. There are also further procedures, costs and delays involved.

We also have an experienced Executry department to administer a person's Estate. We will obtain valuations, agree any tax liability, apply for Confirmation and ingather all the various items and distribute to beneficiaries in terms of the will (if there is one) If no will then we will advise you of the rules of intestacy as to whom should inherit.
